For me one thing is for sure: I ll only participate at Amiga SWOS Tourneys when I can put disks in an Amigadrive or click the SWOS-Icon on a workbench (HD). It will never happen that I play an offline Amiga SWOS tourney on a console or with Emulator. That s my opinion

We can play in the old graphics. No problem. No need to use the new ones.
I know Amiga is great... but it s still a great chance for bigger and better offline events.

Mate, you re the Amigakid , it s written in your profile ! When we play old graphics, we can still play on our beloved SWOS-Machine.
Bigger, yes. Possible. But for me ss.de-Amiga-SWOS-Events should be played on Amigas for all time. I m sure that Vista SWOS-Players will be surprised and maybe excited to play on a machine they only heard about (the younger ones). I think we have to keep the AmigaSWOS on Amigas alive. As u said, the gameplay is the same...

Yes, all fine. But think about it... in 2 years most people will have Vista (no way around it...). So more offline events can be started where Amiga SWOS is played. With no controller problems. USB solves it all.
Who has got an Amiga??? Only freaks...
