Hi!
Couple of questions about editing swos2 file, maybe someone is able to answer
- In swos total pack, if you want to edit amiga total packs (running under pc) swos2 file, which file (on which folder(s)) should i edit to make those edited lines to work (in theory)? There are couple of swos2 files in installed folders and also inside .adf folders?
- And if you want to edit amigas swos2 file, should it be edited with amigas hexeditor (using it with maybe amigaemulation or something), or can i just edit it with some pc hexeditor? I have tried to edit it with amigas hexeditor (under emulation) and pc hexeditor and lines and it size seems to be the same with both editors...

1. Goto the following folder via the file explorer in Windows
- C:\Program Files\Amiga SWOS-Total Pack\custom_data\tactics
* File descriptions
SWOS2-S0-T0.PACKED = (Original 96/97, World Cup 98, World Cup 2010, Syncro Legend) + Normal Tactics
SWOS2-S0-T1.PACKED = (Original 96/97, World Cup 98, World Cup 2010, Syncro Legend) + Mozg s Tactics
SWOS2-S1-T0.PACKED = Synchro 2010-11 + Normal Tactics
SWOS2-S1-T1.PACKED = Synchro 2010-11 + Mozg s Tactics
SWOS2-S2-T0.PACKED = Synchro 2011-12 + Normal Tactics
SWOS2-S2-T1.PACKED = Synchro 2011-12 + Mozg s Tactics
SWOS2-S3-T0.PACKED = Synchro 2012-13 + Normal Tactics
SWOS2-S3-T1.PACKED = Synchro 2012-13 + Mozg s Tactics
SWOS2-S4-T0.PACKED = Synchro 2012-13 Expanded + Normal Tactics
SWOS2-S4-T1.PACKED = Synchro 2012-13 Expanded + Mozg s Tactics
2. Download ppibm.exe(Amiga file packer/unpacker) from the following link to the above folder
- www.filedropper.com/ppibm
3. Copy a SWOS2 file to temp.dat
ex) Copy SWOS2-S3-T0.PACKED temp.dat
4. Unpack temp.dat
ex) ppibm u temp.dat
5. Edit temp.dat using some hex editor
6. Pack temp.dat
ex) ppibm p temp.dat
7. Copy temp.dat to a SWOS2 file
ex) Copy temp.dat SWOS2-S3-T0.PACKED
(Notice) ppibm.exe does not work on Windows 7 64 bit. Please use Dosbox under Windows 7 64 bit.

Just one more question (atleast, lol). So, I picked a file (f.e SWOS2-S3-T1.PACKED), and unpacked, edited and repacked it. So where i should put that edited file?
Should i overwrite that old one in folder f.e C:\Program Files\Amiga SWOS-Total Pack\custom_data\tactics or what?
Cause, it seems to me, that if you remove all tactics file from that folder mentioned above, game will still work despite your choices in start menu?

You should overwrite the modified one to the folder that I have mentioned. And please do not remove all tactics-included files. If you do so, .HDF file will not be created properly.
