Career ends immediately after being sacked in Season 19?

Hi,I have a question about career mode.I was managing my club during the 19th season of my career and I got sacked. To my surprise, the game ended immediately instead of offering me another club to manage for what would have been the 20th and final season.In all my previous careers, when I completed the 19th season successfully, the board displayed the usual farewell message about preparing to hand the team over to a younger manager, and then I was able to play the 20th (last) season.Is it intended that getting sacked during the 19th season immediately ends the career, or could this be a bug?
