Hello SWOS Friends,
in the last weeks we do a lot stuff behind the gaming scene. Redhair made some beautiful tactic viewer and replay watcher, which are big milestones in our community. It is a pleasure to have these features online after 25 years of SWOS Online Gaming.
In former times i was also very active in a lot of competitions like ASL, APL, National, ISSF and some more. But then i got my hand broke and i needed some months of rest. But in this time I could develop finally a more stable and comfortable system for our beloved game. The new Community system will have better API points and will be more usable for users.
There will be also some additional extras like a bomberman clone or super cars revival for our community, and a lot more ^^ ...
Thx god KI wont kill us, but it helps a lot to hold this SWOS Community still alive. It was needed, then old system is getting really old and we need some new stuff of admin of tournaments or leagues. Soon i will do another small video to show, how progress is going. Currently i am testing a lot of API features.
Maybe we can also implement some kind of SWOS football manager. It is all in development and still testing.
So the date for the system change will be in winter season maybe before or after christmas. I am not sure yet. But then we dont need to hurry to much. I hope we need only 1 to 3 days for migrating, so that the gaming break is not the big.

The second Sensible Soccer organization in Türkiye was held in Istanbul on 3/2/2026. 11 participants were involved in the tournament including players from other countries. The shining star of Türkiye league 'Artanis' took the silver medal after a great match versus Riko the Turkish shark. The London boy Zafer took the 3rd place after beating CocaCola. The former APL and CL winner umtytm said goodbye to tournament thanks to drinking lots of Jack.
Riko won the tournament with just 1 lost.

The wait is over... 25/26 season for SWOS (PC) is ready.
Amiga version will be released the week before Christmas.

Last Weekend a lot of SWOS Fans played the 8th edition of the Koszalin. 42 players of all age classes including 7 Top10 Players from Poland, Italy, Denmark, Germany and UK played a very nice tournament in a special local pub atmosphere. Potatos, Pizza, Pasta, Beer and SWOS in a nice location made a really cool event.
Besides Gold, Silver and Bronze there was an extra youth cup for younger players. The FRK Cup (Cucumber) had a lot of nice matches, too. Last but not least there was also the best local player Cup.
The Organizers made great job and all people had a lot of fun. Checkout the Results here.
