Can't play next match as there injured players on the subs bench

Hello,

I have 2 injured players for the next match and I've moved them to the subs bench in the squad view, but I can't seem to find a way to move them out completely and move players from the B team in to use as I don't get the option to start the next match with these 2 red players in the team.

What am I doing wrong?
