Sorry i have no idea how to add an event to the calendar...so i don t know either how much work it is to change the date of an event on the calender...

13th October seemed a good date, but then we miss a lot of ppl, so 17 of november will be much better.

No that isn t the reason why i ask. I just have arrange evrything (what isn t so easy for me) to go to your cup on 13th of october. So a little bit bad for me, now evrything was for nothing
